MindLi, a seed-stage venture in the area of AI-driven personal productivity, is seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to the CEO and Administrative Associate to join our team.

Basic info:  

  • Job title: PA to CEO and Administrative associate
  • Reporting to: CEO or other manager, as may be decided
  • Starting date:  Immediate, ~Sep-2024 
  • Location: Sarona TLV, 10 min walk from Ha’shalom train.
  • Scope: Part-time/Full-time
  • Work mode: Mainly in the office 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the CEO and other executives.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external meetings.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders, including investors, partners, and team members.
  • Manage office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and organizing team-building activities.
  • Support the CEO in fundraising efforts, including scheduling investor meetings, preparing pitch materials, and coordinating follow-up communications.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the efficient operation of the company.
  • Support the other teams in the company as may be needed. 
  • Note: MindLi is a startup, so everyone does a bit of everything.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google business suite and familiarity with Microsoft Windows and project management tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Native-Level English and Hebrew.
