Our app is already live on iOS, Android, and web, supported by a robust, deeply integrated tech stack. MindLi is a US firm with R&D teams in both Israel and the U.S  We’re just getting started.

We are seeking to engage a freelancer or small agency with proven expertise in growth and digital marketing for B2C products, ideally in mobile-first environments. This role will support a strategic project over the next 5–6 months.

The ideal partner is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to independently plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns, while also being flexible and collaborative with our project management team.

Scope of Work

  • Plan, launch, and optimize a comprehensive growth strategy and full-funnel digital campaign to drive user growth and engagement (acquisition → retention) based on app features and company assets.
  • Analyze market trends and user data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Design, create, and execute multi-channel campaigns across key platforms: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and others as needed, email PR, including video clips.
  • Collaborate on messaging, creative development, and audience targeting.
  • Perform A/B testing and optimize based on performance.
  • Build and manage user segments and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Work with internal PM to align with growth goals and campaign roadmap.
  • Optimize user onboarding processes to enhance the user experience and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate with product, dev teams, and user feedback to ensure alignment on growth initiatives.
  • Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve growth efforts and provide regular performance reports to the executive team.
  • Manage and allocate the growth budget effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.


Required Expertise

  • Experience with:
    • B2C campaign strategy and execution.
      Focus on the company’s content assets to be used in different forms of communication on organic & paid channels.
    • Creative tools (Canva, basic video editing)
    • Media buying and budget allocation.
    • Analytics and behavioral tracking tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc.)
    • Marketing automation (Customer.io or similar)

       

  • Strong understanding of growth metrics and user journeys
  • Comfortable with data-driven decision making

Soft Skills & Fit

  • Independent but collaborative.
  • Open to feedback and direction from the project manager—even when suggestions diverge from your preferred approach.
  • Professional, practical, and low-ego

  4. Proposed rate structure (hourly, monthly retainer, or project-based)

Timeline

  • Proposal Submission Deadline: 13 July 2025  23:59 
  • Intro Zoom for the first round of selected proposals: 16 July, 11:00 am 
  • F2F meeting with selected proposals: 20-31 July
  • Expected Start Date: ~3 Aug 2025
  • Duration: 5–6 months, with possible extension based on performance and project needs
