Job#560: Growth/Mkt Lead/Advisor

MindLi, a seed-stage venture in AI-driven personal productivity, is looking for a growth Lead to develop and execute our growth strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will play a critical role in shaping our brand, growing our user base, and establishing MindLi as a leading player in the industry. Currently – an advisory, part-time position.

  • Location: Sarona TLV, 10 min walk from Ha’shalom train station.
  • Scope: Full/part-time
  • Work mode: Mainly in the office 

Responsibilities: 

  • Owner of the product market fit process.
  • Understand the company’s needs to define the system’s ongoing specifications.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to drive user growth and engagement.
  • Analyze market trends and user data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., digital, social media, content, email, PR).
  • Optimize user onboarding processes to enhance the user experience and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate with product, dev teams, and user feedback to ensure alignment on growth initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics to continuously improve marketing efforts.
  • Manage and allocate the growth budget effectively.
  • Monitor key growth metrics and provide regular performance reports to the executive team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MA level preferred.
  • Proven experience in a growth or marketing role, preferably within a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Native-level English proficiency.
